Sale Paperwork Submitted to CA Attorney General by Keiro

Keiro first attempted to sell its four facilities to The Ensign Group, Inc (“Ensign”). This sale was rejected by the California Attorney General. It was later disclosed that Ensign agreed to pay $48 million to resolve allegations that it knowingly submitted false claims to Medicare (See DOJ article for details).
