Many of the residents and employees of Kei-Ai, formerly Keiro, have resisted reporting various violations and/or degradation in services, for fear of retribution.  So what usually happens is that reports are being submitted as “Anonymous.” Unfortunately, without a name for verification, these reports of violations cannot be officially documented in the record books. Therefore it is important that everyone is aware that they are protected under the Whistleblower Protection Law.
