How to Join Us

Koreisha Senior Care and Advocacy (KSCA) welcomes any and all who wish to join the effort to promote and advocate for continued affordable culturally sensitive residential healthcare facilities.  Champion the continued safety and well-being of the elderly residents of the community.


Becoming a member of KSCA takes just a few minutes:


1.    Pay by check:  Print and fill out the form below. Mail it together with your check payable to "Koreisha Senior Care and Advocacy" to (address).  Download here.


2.    Pay online:  Fill out the following form below, complete all fields online.  When you hit "Submit", it will take you to the online payment instructions.
